Today I’d like to share with our followers one of my favorite hobbies in Japan. It’s nothing else than losing myself between the floors and corridors of any Don Quijote (or “Donki”) store wandering around, looking for curious and surprising gadgets between the crammed shelves.

Japanese have this fascinating fixation with coming up with objects for absolutely everything! For every little activity of your daily life you can think of, there is something specially designed to make it easier.

In any case, it is good fun to kill some time and I recommend it to all new visitors in Japan.

Hoy me gustaría compartir con nuestros seguidores uno de mis pasatiempos favoritos aquí en Japón. Nada más y nada menos que perderme por las plantas y pasillos de cualquier tienda Don Quijote (o “Donki”) curioseando entre los sorprendentes y divertidos gadgets que rebosan en las estanterías.

¡Los japoneses tienen esa extraña fijación de inventar objetos para absolutamente todo! Para las actividades más simples de la vida cuotidiana que uno se pueda imaginar, existe algún artilugio especialmente diseñado para ponértelo más fácil.

Sea como sea, es una buena manera de matar el tiempo y se lo recomiendo a todos los visitantes en Japón.
